Nationwide drug shortages have reached a 10-year high in the U.S. Nearly 300 medications are currently in short supply, including critical care drugs used to treat cancer. Dr. Andrew Shuman, a cancer surgeon and an associate professor at the University of Michigan Medical School, joins CBS News to discuss.
