The Nigeria Police Force’s Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, responded on Saturday to a viral video depicting a woman revealing her bra during last Thursday’s candlelight procession held in memory of the late singer, Mohbad.
Recall that a candlelight procession was held at the Muri Okunola Park for the former signee of Naira Marley’s Marlian Records, whose death came as a shock to many, as the circumstances surrounding his death remain sketchy.
Throughout the week, impassioned youths and young individuals from every corner of the nation took to the streets in fervent protest, united in their resolute quest for justice in honor of the late musician.
A video depicting a young woman wearing a white T-shirt with her bra exposed gained traction on social media, sparking a variety of responses from Nigerians.
Lending his disapproving voice, Adejobi, via Twitter page, condemned the display, whilst urging those who sponsored the procession to launch a foundation in honour of the late singer.
